Stock and Production

As with a number of small businesses, we too are experiencing reduced staff, stock and production delays because the factory we use are currently (and importantly) manufacturing face masks for the nation.

We are working closely with all out suppliers to find a way to shorten these delays and ensure that we can continue to manufacture our colour change swimwear.

This does mean that the final production of our children's range is being pushed out. We anticipate to be sending out orders of our childrens swimwear by the end of June at the earliest.

We apologise for this increased waiting time, however we are doing what we can to ensure we deliver everything our customers order, to the high standards and quality we adhere to.

Processing, Postage and Delivery of Orders

We are doing what we can to ensure that all orders are processed within a 48 hour turn around. We continue to receive, process and send, when we have it, at the earliest possible time.

We apologise for any delay you experience once you receive your fulfillment email notification from us (this we send to you as soon as your order has been handed over to the Royal Mail) to the receipt of your order. This we have no control over and so therefore will always use a tracking service provided by Royal Mail to ensure you can track your order the moment it leaves our hands.
